Job Description
Responsible for providing administrative support directly to the Commercial teams.
- Support the administration function for Commercial / Cost Control Teams
- To assist with all electronic filing
- Assist in compilation of documentation where required.
- Logging and resolving invoice queries
- Maintaining and monitoring timesheets records
- Filing purchase orders and requisitions
Qualifications and Training
GCSE Maths and English
CSCS Card (relevant type) All roles are expected to have the relevant competency skills cards where site-based work is required
Required
Knowledge in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Possess good attention to detail.
Good organisational skills
Ability to liaise with departmental managers and supervisors.
Desirable
Knowledge in Microsoft PowerPoint and Visio.
